How to order goldfish
Depending on the size of an order in a specific location, we like to deliver the fish ourselves to personally meet the client and ensure that the fish arrive in excellent condition. Otherwise, we use reliable courier services to send fish overnight. Here is how our process work when you order fish from us:
1. Place an Order
Contact us for any inquiries and for placing orders. We will then provide you with the prices of our available fish.
2. Confirmation
After we gave you the quote, we will contact you to confirm your order and set the delivery date.
3. Payment & Delivery
After we confirm your order, we will request a deposit. Once paid, we will deliver the fish on the scheduled day.

Yes. Our goldfish is for sale to private goldfish keepers, and we sell in bulk to pet shops and wholesalers across South Africa.
Firstly, we price our goldfish depending on the size, type, and quality of the goldfish. We sell our goldfish in 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. The price of our goldfish can also vary depending on whether you are a private keeper or a reseller.
We have a minimum order quantity on our smaller goldfish, which we usually sell to resellers in bulk. However, we don’t have a minimum order quantity for our fancier and more expensive goldfish.
When we deliver the goldfish ourselves, we charge a standard delivery fee. Otherwise, we will use a reliable courier service to deliver your fish. However, the delivery fees will vary depending on the courier’s rate.
